Business Tax Working Group discussion paper released

On 13 Aug 2012, the BTWG released a discussion paper canvassing possible ways in which a cut to the company tax rate could be funded from within the business tax system. The topics covered include options for reforms of the existing thin cap rules and the 40% non-refundable R&D offset. The deadline for submissions is 21 Sept 2012.
