Ironbridge is focused on investments in the medium to large sized management buyout and expansion capital transactions in Australia and New Zealand, typically in the A$200 - $750 million mid-market space. We have been the most consistent mid-market investor over the last 10 years and our portfolio and focus continues to be in the Healthcare, Mining Services, Consumer Spending and Financial Services.

Ironbridge is independently owned by its Partners, whom have worked together for 10 years. We have one of the most experienced investment team in the local market with almost 100 years direct private equity experience and are the only local MBO Fund with a dedicated New Zealand team.
