Who we are
Gallagher are insurance brokers and risk advisors, with specialist skills in the management of risk for the private equity and venture capital space.
We provide a one stop shop for the insurance needs of PE/VC managers and their investees. For example, we source Investment Managers Insurance for PE/VC fundmanagers. We undertake insurance due diligence on potential investee companies and insurance placement for the full range of general insurances for investee companies, in every industry sector. We also source transaction insurances, such as Warranty & Indemnity Insurances, for PE/VC entry or exit.
