Hi [FirstName],

My last newsletter! I must admit I am saying goodbye with very mixed feelings. I have had such a wonderful and interesting time leading this organisation for the last seven years. But I'm also really looking forward to having a portfolio of roles again as a director and several of the opportunities I have are very exciting.

This is my chance to thank everyone for their support of AVCAL during my tenure. And it is my chance to welcome Yasser El-Ansary to the role. Yasser and I have worked together on projects in the past and so I know first hand what a great CEO he will be for AVCAL.

I'd also like to thank all of you who made a donation to Future Direction Network (FDN), AVCAL's Philanthropy Partner. FDN has received good support from across the industry following FDN Chairman Corey Payne's passionate speech at the alpha awards night last month. They are still short of their $1 million target, so I encourage you to donate and help change the lives of young people who need a bit of a hand to get to university. Donate now.

All the best,
