ASIC guidance on FY2009 financial reports

ASIC has highlighted a number of areas on which company Boards and those responsible for the preparation of financial reports should focus in the upcoming reporting period. This includes guidance on the reporting of asset impairments, fair value determination, off balance sheet arrangements and financial instrument disclosures.
