Dear AVCAL Colleague,

After almost eight years as CEO of AVCAL, I have informed Council of my intention to resign at our AGM on 23rd November, 2006.

The industry has come a long way since I joined it in 1999. It has been a privilege to have been of service to you, and played a role in developments over this period.

While many challenges lie ahead, the organization is in excellent shape to tackle them.

I thank you for your contribution and support, and look forward to working with you in another capacity in 2007.
