Sheraton Mirage & Palazzo Versace hotels SOLD OUT!

Booking Accommodation and Travel - Book Now
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is the official travel agent for the conference. AVCAL has secured special accommodation rates at the Sheraton Mirage, Palazzo Versace, Marriott, Seaworld Resort & Holiday Inn hotels. Accommodation must be booked through CTM to secure these exclusive rates.

How to book
All delegates wishing to stay at either the Sheraton Mirage, Palazzo Versace, Holiday Inn, Marriott & Seaworld Resort must complete the on-line travel and accommodation booking form.

Accommodation
The conference is taking place at two adjacent hotels, Palazzo Versace and the Sheraton Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast.

Special conference rates have been secured, for a limited number of rooms. Accommodation bookings MUST be booked through CTM. There will be no booking fee for accommodation when you book your accommodation through CTM. Bookings made direct with the hotel will not be accepted at AVCAL rates:

• Palazzo Versace: from $310 per room per night, room only
• Sheraton Mirage: from $275 per room per night, room only
• Marriott: from $245 per room per night, room only
• Sea World Resort: from $187 per room per night, room only
• Holiday Inn: from $180 per room per night, room only
  **The above rates are GST inclusive

	Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort & Spa The Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort & Spa is a five star property located approximately 5 minutes drive from the conference hotels		Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise The Holiday Inn is located approximately 10 minutes drive from the conference hotels and has just undergone a major refurbishment.
	Seaworld Resort Seaworld Resort is only a 5 minute walk from the conference hotels and has just completed its multi-million dollar refurbishment.

Hotel Deposit Requirements
All hotels require a credit card as a guarantee, this will be charged upon check-out or if a cancellation fee is due. Tax invoices for this charge are available upon check out at the hotel or at the time of cancellation.

Rooms are limited, and once the AVCAL room allocation has been sold, preferred corporate rates will apply, subject to availability. Book prior to 31st July 2008 to access these rates. Book early to avoid missing out.

Airfares for AVCAL delegates
CTM has access to the lowest fares in the market. Book early to avoid disappointment. To book airfares contact karen_larsen@travelctm.com. Transfers can also be booked through CTM (only in conjunction with CTM airfare booking).

Coolangatta Airport to Main Beach
$85 for a sedan

Brisbane Airport to Main Beach
$210 for a sedan

*Prices listed above are per car, one - way and subject availability. Tolls, parking and waiting time may incur an extra cost.

AVCAL will also provide coaches from Coolangatta airport to Main beach on the morning of 24th September 2008. Further details will be provided to delegates four weeks prior to the conference.

Confirmation
CTM will email a confirmation of your itinerary within 2 business days.

Please bring your confirmation with you to the conference.

Accommodation Changes
Prior 15th September 2008, all changes will incur a $16.50 per person change fee plus any additional hotel costs. On or after 15th September all changes will incur a $55.00 per person change fee plus any additional hotel costs
