This ensures that your information is entered exactly as you provide it, and that all registration & payment details are kept confidential. You will receive confirmation of your registration and tax invoice via email. However your registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Registration to AVCAL 2005 includes:
AVCAL Member (after Friday 29 July): $1795 The fee does NOT include accommodation or travel expenses. Please see "Accommodation and Travel" section for further details. Delegates who have paid for their conference registrations and have booked accommodation by 29 July 2005, will automatically be entered into the Early Bird Prize draw. Conference registration is subject to the conditions below.
Refusal of Registration Delegates who send notification of cancellation before close of business on Friday 2 September 2005 will receive a refund minus a $200 admin fee. This policy applies to all notifications cancelling conference registration. Cancellations received after Friday 2 September 2005 will incur a 100% cancellation fee. AVCAL can not be held liable for any costs or expenses, of whatever nature (such as hotel and transportation costs and expenses) incurred in connection with the conference for any participant who is prevented from attending for any reason (such as, but not limited to, illness). There will be no fee for substitutions or changes to registrations received prior to Friday 2 September 2005. Substitutions or changes to registrations received after this date will incur an admin fee of $200. No substitutions or changes will be accepted after Monday 11 September 2005. Substitutions can only be made in favour of AVCAL members, as attendance at the conference is restricted to members only. Substitutes must be individual members of AVCAL, or Corporate Member representatives as defined by the Constitution. PaymentAll fees and charges stated in the registration form include GST.
