Delegates who have booked and paid for their conference registrations, and booked accommodation by 29 July 2005, will automatically be entered into the Early Bird Prize draw to win:

A 3 night stay for two in The Pavillion, at the magnificent five star Lizard Island Resort, Queensland. The prize includes return economy airfares to Lizard Island, via Cairns, from your nearest Australian capital city.

  • Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  • Promotion commences 10 May 2005 to 29 July 2005.
  • The prize is valued at $9400.
  • No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  • Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers.
  • The prize winner will be determined by barrel draw. The draw will be held at 12 noon on the 26th of August 2005. The place of draw is PricewaterhouseCoopers, 201 Sussex St, Sydney.
  • The prize winner will be announced at the Conference dinner on 29th September 2005. The winner will also be notified by mail and their name will be published in the Australian on the 9th of October 2005.
  • Accommodation must be booked through Travelogic.
  • Prize winner must make flight bookings at least 30 days in advance of the date of departure.
  • Choice of the airline is at the discretion of Travelogic.
  • Airport taxes are not included.
  • Accommodation and flights availability subject to normal booking.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  • The prize does not cover airport transfers.
  • The prize does not include spending money.
  • Bookings made during Christmas & Easter are at the discretion of the operators.
  • The prize expires 29th of September 2006.
  • Meals are included.
  • Winner notification will be published in the Australian on the 11th of October 2005.
  • If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on the 13th of January 2006, subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the lottery & Gaming Regulations Act. The Winner will be notified by mail and their name will be published in the Australian on 9th February 2006.
