• Joined DB Capital Partners in 1994 and has completed and managed several private equity investments and exits. Instrumental in launching new funds and is the manager of the Deutsche Private Equity Fund.              
• After eight years in industry he joined AIDC, where he spent six years managing private equity investments.              
• B Civil engineering (Hons) from Nottingham University and an MBA from Bath University.
